I have always been fearful of the dentist, this was partially do to the fact that when I was growing up my parent’s dentist did not have any bedside manners.

Dr. Leland has really turned me around. He is amazing and does great work. I had a crown done yesterday and it didn’t even bother me and that says a lot for a dental phobe like me.

Chris, my hygienist is great too. She is very patient and calm. I love coming to this office.

To all the wonderful people at Creating Ultimate Smiles,

            It is impossible for me to thank you enough.  Ever since I met my husband he has been unhappy with his smile.  Years of neglect had left many teeth broken, and some missing entirely.  He always talked about getting them fixed, but every time we would start going forward with plan to get them fixed, the office we would go to would make us uncomfortable or would be so far out of our price range, it got very discouraging.  After an online search we opted to give it one last try and that’s when we found your office.  After the first appointment we knew that you would be the ones to finally fix his smile.

            Here it is only a few months after his initial visit and he has a smile again.  I have known my husband for 10 years and in all that time I had never seen him smile.  Now you can’t stop him from smiling.  He’s eating apples again, and looking forward to things so much more.  You will never know how much all your work and support has meant to both of us.

You are never too old to have beautiful teeth

I had heard all the warnings.  I had seen all the scary pictures; yet I still failed to take proper care of my teeth and, by the time I was 40 years old I had lost many of them.  I resigned myself to eating only certain foods, to never smiling and to being very, very careful when I spoke.  I also resolved to be in the company of others outside my immediate family only when necessary.

There were times when I missed all the things I was denying myself.  At those times I would think of having something done, but imagined cost, imagined pain and very real embarrassment kept me from pursuing any solution.

I finally decided that I really wanted to smile again.  I am a very happy person, but nobody could tell!  That’s when we found Dr. Brodil.  Dr. Brodil quite literally gave me my smile back; and I actually feel whole again now that I can outwardly express how happy I am on the inside.  I can laugh without putting my hand in front of my face.  I can speak with people without wondering what they can and can’t see and I can concentrate on what I’m saying instead of how I’m saying it.  I can eat foods I had forgotten I even enjoyed.  I can take my wife out for an enjoyable evening outside the house.

I have been told I look younger; I know I feel younger!

Dr. Brodil and his staff always made sure my comfort came first.  They greeted me every visit with a smile and warmth.  And they seemed almost happy as I was with the results (it would be impossible for anyone else to be happier than I am!)
If I had to do it again, I most certainly would-only about 10 years earlier.
Don’t give up your smile.  I’m lucky I got mine back.  But it really is one of those things you don’t appreciate enough unless you lose it.

Thank you Dr. Brodil and everyone else in the office.  This has truly been a life- changing experience!

As you may know, it is not always an enjoyable experience when going to the dentist office. My experience with you and your staff was the exact opposite. Your receptionists were always beyond polite and seemed so excited to greet every client. I have had to replace my front tooth before and I remember it as painful. Throughout the entire process with you and your staff, I never experienced any pain. Thank you for your kindness and patience. When I need my tooth fixed, years from now, you can count on my return service. I won’t go anywhere else!

This was a response to a client’s e-mail to David, from Charles David Salon:

You asked us where Buddy got his great smile and I know he immediately responded that it was all due to Dr. Barry Brodil and team at Creating Ultimate Smiles in Hanover. We both started going there because we had heard from so many, such great things……… and great they are.

I just left their office having had a cleaning with "Chris", who by the way does the most thorough cleaning I've ever had, and just wanted to reiterate Buddy's praise for them. The competence of the entire team from the time you make the first call till you walk out the door is so impressive....and they are hospitable to which you don’t see anymore. What I liked most was that Dr. Brodil sat down with me and his finance manager, Linda Murphy, and went over all the work I needed to have done. Now I know what I am up against and they didn't pressure me. He fixed the things that needed immediate attention for my oral health, showed me a plan to get a smile like Buddy's and didn't pressure me................ I have enough of that in my life right now with this new building underway!!

I don't usually ramble like this but we've all had a lot of bad referrals in our lives and when you find an outstanding one like Creating Ultimate Smiles, you know you can "pass it on" with confidence.
