Dr. Barry W. Brodil and Dr. Robert S. Leland head the team at Creating Ultimate Smiles, one of the South Shore's leading cosmetic and family dental practices.

Dr. Brodil founded our practice in 1973 after graduating from Georgetown University Dental School. Early in his practice, he decided that he did not want a "conventional practice" where he was the boss and had employees. He took a very progressive, health centered philosophy focusing on prevention. He also chose to consider those who worked with him in the office as part of a team who would share in the management and responsibilities of running the practice. Continuing education for all team members has been very important to the sucess of our practice, allowing us to stay ahead of new techniques and procedures in dentistry and team buiding. Due to this unique philosophy, much of the team has been with him for up to 20 years.

Dr. Leland joined our practice in 2001 after graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received many honors including Tufts University Award for Citizenship and Public Service.

Dr. Leland interned in our office all through dental school and has become a valued leader and team member in the practice.

Together, Dr. Brodil and Dr. Leland offer our patients excellent dentistry with educated choices in an exceptional environment.
