Our practice started in 1973 when Dr. Barry W. Brodil bought the dental practice of Dr. Robert Reynolds in Holbrook, MA.  Very early in his career, Barry realized that he did not want to be a "drill, fill and bill" dentist.   He wanted to produce wonderful, high quality dentistry in a team oriented office.

In 2001, Dr. Robert S. Leland joined our team. This has been very exciting for us and we are all very proud to have Rob in the practice! We feel that we "grew this dentist ourselves" since he has been a patient in the practice since he was a small boy and he interned with us all through dental school. Barry has been a mentor to Rob for years and Rob feels the same way about the philosophy of our dental practice as the rest of us do.

Our office is a very unique workplace.  Personal growth as well as professional skills are emphasized in the many continuing education courses that we take. Each team member has a say in the running of the office and team members are responsible for many aspects that are traditionally the doctor's role.  Because of this, most of us have been with the practice for over 10 years.

Many patients say they can feel the difference when they walk in the door.   We are all doing jobs that we love to do, with people that we care about, and it shows!
